BalanceBox is looking for an experienced Marketing & Communication employee who’s ready to take ownership of executing integrated marketing communication plans across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, shows, etc) In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate closely with our European headquarters while being the go-to marketing contact on the ground in the United States.

 

What you will do

In this diverse role, you will be our US digital marketeer with an eye for strategy and a passion for content, data, and performance. There is lots of room for creativity, ideas and when possible or when needed, you will be on the road meeting your target groups! Create online campaigns, content that speaks to your target group and work on digital optimization for our U.S. market. 

 

That means you will be doing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns that drive leads and conversions, sometimes in collaboration with your European colleagues
  • Analyze campaign performance, traffic, performance data, and user behavior to continuously improve outcomes of your activities
  • Executing inbound marketing for the U.S. market
  • Collaborate with international marketing colleagues to align strategy and content
  • Create content (for press releases, blog posts, newsletters, website, email campaigns and social media) from scratch, if necessary on location (e.g. schools, office or HQ)
  • Support SEO and content efforts — from writing to web improvements
  • Coordinate either with the marketing department at HQ and the US sales team or with consultants, publishers, and digital agencies
  • Manage company branding, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity.
  • Help maintain and evolve our U.S. website and digital platforms
  • Support product launches and campaigns with effective internal and external communication strategies.
  • Train and support sales colleagues in using digital tools effectively
  • Own the local execution of marketing tools (e.g. configurators, surveys, analytics)
  • Support of partner marketing
  • Coordination and support of shows
  • Assist during shows: e.g. content creation in our booth, talk to target groups etc. 

 

What we're looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B environment. inbound or digital marketing
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • A strategic thinker with a get-it-done mentality
  • Great writing and creative skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, etc.
  • Experience working across time zones and in international teams is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in content creation: visual and text
  • Working with social media tools and updating websites is nothing new for you
  • Based in the U.S., preferably near Canton, MA — able to come to the office when needed (Hybrid)
