What should I do if my BalanceBox doesn’t move or moves unevenly?

I mounted my BalanceBox, but it doesn’t move without the screen attached.

This is normal. The BalanceBox spring system is designed to allow effortless, manual screen adjustment, making it feel weightless. This requires a minimum weight for smooth movement, depending on the BalanceBox model. Check the product specifications on the product page to see the required minimum weight.

Do I need to maintain my BalanceBox?

No, the system only needs adjusting if you mount a new screen or add/remove accessories, which changes the weight.

What is the warranty period for my BalanceBox product?

Our BalanceBox products come with a 3-year warranty, as stated in our terms and conditions. For extended warranty options, please contact one of our Sales Managers.
